File System

Next time you access the text editor and upload something, check out the new layout of the File System. Now you are able to view the images before you insert them into the text editor.

Rich Text Editor

Vipa Suite has implemented an improved version of the WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor. This editor was simplified based upon client feedback. Please view the screenshot below:

External Links

In Vipa Suite we recommend to set external links to open in a new window so that the users don’t have to navigate away from your website while they are waiting for the other site (or PDF) to open. Here are the instructions on how to do this:

1. Highlight your text that you want to link.
2. Click the Link Icon
3. After you enter your link click on the “Target” tab at the top.
4. Select “New Window (_blank) from the dropdown list and the Target Frame Name of “_blank” will automatically fill in.
5. Click the OK button.

How do I...

Remove an Article?

1. Go to the Article section under CMS.
2. Select the article that you want to set a withdrawal date for by clicking on the 'EDIT' icon for that article. The Article Editor will appear.
3. In the box labeled 'Withdrawal time,' click on the calendar.
4. Set a date that the article will be withdrawn from the front end of the website.
5. The date and a time will appear in the withdrawal time field. Edit the time by deleting and adding the correct time after the date.
6. SAVE AND EXIT
