What opportunities are available?

The opportunity is in our web design group implementing CSS design and fulfilling client support requests. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. While Vipa Solutions continues to grow, interns will gain valuable “on the job” training. This position will qualify for most college internship degree requirements.

Internship Description

Vipa Solutions has immediate openings for web design interns. Your internship will offer you unique opportunities to be involved in exciting real world projects and work with a talented and experienced design team. The focus of the internship is on the intern’s professional development—learning new techniques and improving communication, business, and collaboration skills. Each intern will have a mentor and work in a team environment.

Activities will include:

• Website design implementation and CSS
• Learn about exciting web technology and tools
• Video, image, and content implementation
• Implementing client support requests
• Assist in web designs for strategic web presences
• Execute on project plans
• Manage resources
• Pro-active to client needs

Internship Pre-requisites

• Strong interest in exploring new software and computer environments and technologies
• Strong knowledge of Html, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
• Current Grade Point Average of 3.4 or above on a 4.0 scale
• Must have completed sophomore year
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Ability to effectively learn and communicate
