Content Editing

Vipa Suite enables you access to edit and maintain content throughout the website via a password-protected web interface. Vipa Suite’s Virtual Newsroom and Press Room feature allows clients staff the ability to post news releases and other media content to the website instantaneously, without any knowledge of web programming. Users can create news articles and headline pages in an easy to use, Microsoft Word-like, environment; as well as store old press releases in the news archives. Featured articles and news headlines can appear on the home page or any other section of the website where targeted visitors may be interested.

Content Management Work Flow

Vipa Suite has the functionality to allow clients to enter content and website changes in a non-live work flow environment. Users can add new content to the website and mark the status of the content as “draft”. The “draft” content status allows users to develop new information, event strategies, or marketing campaigns, in a staging environment. When the information has been reviewed and is ready for release, authorized individuals can mark the content as “published”. Once the content status has been changed to “published” it will be displayed on the public website.

History/Logging

Along with the assignment of user access rights in the system, Vipa Suite has logging functionality, giving administrators access to create a trail of any changes made on the website, and by which users. The system creates a date and time stamp, along with the user name of the individual who made the changes. If a user happens to make a mistake while editing content the system has a “content history” section allowing you to undo an improper change.
